SUMMARY:Auckland Athletics Aspire Academy
DESCRIPTION:This is the fifth year of the Athletics Auckland Aspire Development Academy. The three day academy will give athletes aged 12-18 years the opportunity to work with some very experienced coaches in their chosen discipline. Many of the athletes that have been through the Aspire Development Academy have gone on to represent Auckland\, North Harbour and Counties Manukau at the following events: \n\nGrade 12/13 Interprovincials\nU16 & U18 Interprovincials\nNorth Island Secondary Schools Athletics Championships\nAthletics New Zealand Track and Field Championships\nAthletics New Zealand Cross Country Championships\nAthletics New Zealand Road Running Championships\n\nVenue: Mt Smart Stadium \nTimes: 9.00am to 3.00pm \nCost: $75 – includes coaching\, singlets (if required)\, handouts and guest speakers. \nNB – Waitakere Athletics will cover $40 of the registration cost for those athletes interested in attending.
